Check with a doctor BEFORE doing anything. The rotator cuff is NOT something to play with.

I have no idea of the extent of your injury. No idea of your present range of mobility or lack of mobility. No idea of your present strength or lack of strength. For those reasons it is impossible for me to tell you how to rehab. Truth is, shoulder injuries are some of the toughest to heal and require the man with the injury to be intelligent and diligent in healing the injury. That said, the best form of rehabilitative exercise are those that utilize FMT directly. In other words DVR combined with deep breathing that gradually heals the musculature and extends range of motion of the affected muscles and Isometric Power Contractions that dramatically increase strength. One thing that I will recommend is that you start taking a supplement that I believe may help a great deal.

That Supplement is 'Hyaluronic Joint Complex' from Source Naturals. Even more important is to go on a predominately Vegan Diet that is non-inflammatory and that speeds healing and recovery. My new book with Rod Fisher covers that base perfectly.
