Hey Friends,

I have been asked about weight vest training circuits and how you would go about it.

My answer is to read the following Routine from Benny B that he posted in his thread titled:

Quote:
A Playout to Mark 12 Years of Recovered Legs.

12 years ago today marks the day my legs got broken and had to revamp my whole existence around that moment. Never thought I'd be this strong today and still be in the shape I'm in. This playout is proof I still have it and don't plan on stopping any time soon.

100 Hindu Push-ups
200 Hindu Squats
100 V-Ups
200 Mountain Climbers
100 Hindu Jumpers
200 Side Bends
100 Reg. Push-ups
100 Pushing (Jumping Jack Variation)
100 Lunges

1200 Reps Completed...Each exercise was done in sets of 10-20.

Now a routine like Benny's listed above is already high intensity without a weight vest. So if your goal is to do it with a vest then be smart and start with no more than 5 to 10 pounds. Realize that if you weigh 200 pounds that 10 pounds is 5% of your full body weight. Trust me, you will feel every bit of it as you tackle 1200 reps in sets of 10 & 20. Add additional weight very slowly no more than 2 & 1/2 pounds at a time.
