Here is a clip of me working on my Flags

I personally think that due to the extreme leverage disadvantage that this is one of the best oblique movements one can use. Also unlike other higher level body weight movements such as kip ups and plyos I do not feel this movement has much of a risk of injury . I know this website is dedicated to all gain and no pain . I feel this is a movement that although requires a higher level of body tension so is not accessible at earlier stages of training it still is somewhat in alignment with what is taught here. Just wondering what everyone thoughts are on this .
