Hello Friends,

I received the following link from Doc Moore today. Please read carefully. The reason I believe that Isometric Contraction is the 'Fountain of Youth' form of exercise is because it allows for maximum muscular stimulation in complete safety when practiced as I teach it. Realize as you read the article that strength is equated with YOUTH. No other form of strength training that I am aware of allows for maximum intensity without some risk of injury. With my Isometric Power Belt as I teach it, injury is totally circumvented.

Dr. G. Moore

"How many of those who had to exercise to keep their weight off were eating LCHF? That's the difference. Those of us who are IR find that little or no exercise is required to reach and maintain adolescent weight when eating LCHF." Tim Noakes M.D.

IR = insulin resistant

LCHF = Low Carbohydrate High Fat

But--- "We conclude that healthy older adults show evidence of mitochondrial impairment and muscle weakness, but that this can be partially reversed at the phenotypic level, and substantially reversed at the transcriptome level, following six months of resistance exercise training."
