Hello Everyone,

I received an e-mail from a man that has been inspired to do more and more Isometrics in his training. He told me that many people have asked: if he has lost weight and have also remarked about how much younger he looks. In reality he has not lost a single pound according to the scale but he has noticed muscular definition where none was obvious before. He also mentioned how much more energized he felt and asked if that is normal.

Answer: Isometrics whether free hand or with an Isometric Power Belt will have you developing great strength in direct relationship to your own body from all angles and all directions. This is accomplished through extreme muscular resistance without resistance created by amplifying gravity pulling straight down as is the case when weight training which will serve to compress your spine more and more the heavier you go in the process.

A comprehensive system of Isometric Contractions will have you developing so much strength from so many angles that your body will seem far lighter and as a result your posture and movement will become that of a much younger man. The reason you will appear so much younger is because your abdominal region will tighten dramatically, your chest will be 'out' and your shoulders 'back'. Your movement will reflect this dramatic shift in strength as your body becomes extremely strong in direct relationship to itself. You will move with great economy. This in turn will leave you feeling energized. You will be awed by what happens as a result. If you are searching for the fountain of youth it's already within you. YOU only need to learn how to tap into it.

My only caution on Isometrics is that you stop yourself from performing too many contractions at ultra high intensity. If you feel depleted on any given day then take the day off or perform light contractions at no more than 35% of your perceived maximum and hold the contractions for up to a minute or even longer while consciously feeling the strength throughout your body. This is how I meditate for several minutes at a time. It is also a method of self directed mind programming. You will be awed by the results.
