Get alone in an isolated and quiet place separated from all worldly influences and distractions and just listen to your instincts and intuition.

We human beings are microcosms of the larger macrocosm - the universe, and contain all of it's mysteries

Swoboda used Iso Dynamic type exercises to stimulate the motor energies that activate the dormant potentials of both the mind and body. This stimulation of the brain and nerve cells carries their creative forces through all of the cells and organs of the body.

Hey Gordon,

What you state could not be more "SPOT ON" but let me add one thing to it...and I am not joking.

Gordon, I took my Denise to dinner the other night feeling especially HOT for MY WIFE and the couple at the next table were both on their cell phones texting away. Unless they were texting each other which I seriously doubt, it seemed bizarre that they would be out for dinner and not even talking to each other but totally absorbed in texting.

Amen John, I hate when i go out to eat and see a family of 4. All are locked into their own phones and they never talk to each other. After the food is brought out, they keep looking back to see what the latest social media post is, They are addicted to social media. So sad. When I was a child, or more recently, when I was married, a dinner date was a special occasion to be treasured. The best part was enjoying the company of those with you.
