Here is another G.U.T.S. workout featuring all 3 Atlas push-ups.
If there is an Atlas Power Step, this would be a PURE ATLAS G.U.T.S. workout!
For those of you doing the G.U.T.S. on-ramp, you could perform this workout. Just divide and spread your push-up and sit-up reps into the appropriate areas. This way, utilizing all three Atlas push-ups, you will be working your upper body at three different angles.
