Hey friends,
A friend wants to know how long it typically requires for me to do my squats each day and what benefits they offer besides added leg strength and endurance.Answer # 1) If I perform 500 Atlas Ballet Squats in one long set it takes about 17 to 18 minutes. If I'm doing standard Tiger Bend Squats with the added arm motion I can perform 500 in about 15 minutes if I really push myself hard. If I am integrating sets of 100 into my other exercises like a G.U.T.S. III workout it requires about 3:30 per set of 100.
As far as other benefits are concerned, they include greatly increased lung capacity and a dramatic increase in metabolism. In fact, if one desires to lose body fat then one should perform high volume squats each day. Not only that but High Volume Squats are a great asset in helping one become adept at running hills, as well sculpting the entire lower body from the hips down.In fact, if one wants to lose fat from the hips and thighs while sculpting muscle there is no better way to achieve it.
