Hi everyone

What is the science/exercise protocol behind building muscle mass? I know high volume reps builds muscular endurance but what about if you want to add size? What exercises or method of exercise are best for achieving this?

Hello Sully,

One can and will add a great deal of mass through a properly applied high volume protocol. This is due to infusing the muscles with highly oxygenated blood. Naturally nutrition is critical too.

In order to maximize strength one can perform the same exercises while adding a great deal of tension to the point that one is moving very s-l-o-w-l-y.
