Choosing to Succeed

We all know that a simple “want-to” or “hope to” or “someday I will” is not enough. We must go past the desire to the determination. In your fitness program you have a vision of where you want to be. But let me tell you from experience, dropping the pounds, developing that sculpted physique, or adding to the success you’ve already experienced only happens by choice.

So wherever you are, make the choice to move ahead in your daily fitness program. Choose how much you can commit to, however small that might be, and then stick to it. As the days and weeks go by you’ll find yourself making new strides, new commitments, and reaching new levels of success.
