Personal victories

I wanted to post two victories that are directly related to each other. First, I got to 35 on my test today. This may not seem huge for some but I have been stuck at 30 for several weeks. Ha! No more. I also checked my blood pressure this morning, 108/73. Not too shabby for a 40 year old. Great things are coming soon. I really an encouraged by passing the 30 mark today, I think this must have been a mental milestone to beat. The sky is the limit! Have a great day.

Way to go, keep up the great work.

Tom,

The pushups numbers are great, but the B.P. is even better considering what a high stress job you have. Congratulations.

Hello Tomman,

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Your blood Pressure is spot on.

Also, consider performing a few Isometrics throughout the day and all five neck exercises from The Living Strength Training System. These exercises are great for strengthening the neck but also 'releasing tension'.

I'm personally convinced that the full body Isometric Contraction combined with the neck sequence from Living Strength can go a long way toward destressing and lowering blood pressure.
