Week 1.
Monday's numbers.

10 close-grip pull-ups
25 pushups from knees (hands on yoga blocks to pad hands and extend descent)
100 sit-ups
10 close-grip pull-ups
25 pushups from knees
100 squats
10 close-grip pull-ups
25 pushups from knees

I am back up to 15 chins and pull-ups and 25 A1 push-ups.
I am thrilled with my progress.
All glory to my Champion and Hero Jesus! He has brought me through the valley and up the mountain. I can now see a new horizon!

Monday's numbers.

16 close-grip pull-ups
100 sit-ups
25 pushups
100 squats
14+2 close-grip chins

I am feeling stronger. Still recovering in my left wrist.

Iso-Kit.
30 High Tension contractions.
7-10 count building tension, 8-10 count holding contraction and slowly exhaling.

Iso-Kit.
30+ High Tension contractions.
7-10 count building tension, 8-10 count holding contraction and slowly exhaling.

Rebuilding the body esp. evident in shoulders and neck. Very pleased with the progress.
Back up to 30 push-ups and 20 each of close-grip pull-ups and chins.
