The Movement Based (Dynamic) Exercises
Hello Everyone,

I've received several e-mails asking me about movement based exercises to round out my Isometric Power Belt Strength and Fitness Method. In fact, I have been asked if I still do standard Atlas style exercises and the answer is a very affirn=mative YES!!!

Granted I perform Isometrics as the foundation of my Strength program but I still do movement based exercises but in much lower volume.

With the above in mind, I am presenting Dr. Laurence Morehouse's 'Total Fitness in 30 Minutes a Week' exercise program as an integral part of my Power Belt Isometrics Program. The Morehouse Program is comprised of 5-Daily habits and 3-Ten Minute Workouts. If the program is followed exactly as I present it you will be in fantastic all around condition and you will have achieved a perfect level of Strength & Fitness.
