No workout today.

We had a late night, for to my oldest daughters baptism.

Plus, my legs are still feeling the effects of Dr. Mercola's Nitric Oxide Dump Workout that I did Saturday. I only did the sets of ten. But, I've been slacking more then I care to admit.
