Benny great video, I enjoy your videos, I pick up on some good training tips by watching them, do you do hindu push-ups also? your form on the hindu squats was great, keep those videos coming, benny, they are terrific, take care.

I don't do hindu push-ups much anymore, kinda lost my big interest in push-ups, not saying i'll stop completely. I do Hindu Push-ups differently now. I don't go for 100 reps or anything like that. I like to do them as yoga postures and hold certain positions like you may have seen in the no rep workout. I feel more comfortable holding then doing reps, I have a thick upper body so my structure kind of limits my range of motion. I do reps every now and then to change things up.
