For me, when I stopped drinking alcohol and lost 19 pounds in about 5 weeks made a huge difference. That ana ton of ab wheel roll-outs. I suppose my wife cleaning up the eating at home did not hurt...

When I am on shift at the fire station I am constantly fitting in sets of push-ups, ab wheel roll-outs, or what ever ib between calls. It's amazing how it adds up.
