Yes, I am rotating a different exercise every 45 minutes.
I set a timer on my phone.
That way I'm beneficially staying active throughout the day and working all the muscle groups.

I perform 30 Atlas 2 pushups, 50 box squats, 15 hanging leg raises.
And yes, as a pastor, I still walk a great deal.
