Thanks for re-introducing this exercise to me. I did this years ago with weights but this is much safer than the way I did it. This is a feel good exercise and is a keeper.

I did this workout this morning except I only did 8 reps on the pullups. I turned 45 today and I feel great. When I was younger I would not been able to do this workout.
