After all the sugar I ate during the holidays, I found this a classic and timely message:

Jack Lalane - How timeless. I can remember being four and five watching my mother exercise to this funny little man in a leotard. I was interested in cartoons, Three Stooges and Roy Rogers in those days and her exercising cut into my TV. Sadly my mom quit exercising after Jack went off the air. He must have really had an appeal for the ladies. Thanks for the memories Duff!

Great find Duff. Jack Lalane was so far ahead of his time. The evidence that he was right about the dangers of sugar back then is a picture of him today - healthy and strong at the age of 95.

Wow, I'd never seen any of his older work. That was a great video!

Getting fit not only requires strength and determination, but the discipline to do what is necessary to reach your goals.

Hey Guys,

That was great. And like all great truths it was simple, straight forward and easy to understand.

Loved seeing that video, I remember Jack LaLanne on TV.

So true John, he knew then, simple truths if America had just listened.

That was timeless! I've never had a problem with alcohol - sugar is a whole different story. I knew I wasn't right after I used to have to take a cookie every time I passed a plate. But yeah, you do feel better the less junk you eat.
