June 12

Isometric workout with the isobelt

Warmup: 10 minutes

3 positions for 10 seconds each
Deadlift
Overhead press

This took ten minutes, I was pushing hard so I needed longer rests

Short workout but decent, my warmup wasnít quite adequate I think. Next time Iím going to just do some static hold isos (like wall sit and handstand hold) after my cal workout so im thoroughly warmed up and donít have to do it separately, then I can also use the in between days for running which is something I need to work on.

after work ran 1.5 miles in 12 minutes, extremely easy cardio wise, kind of an active recovery type workout.
