I HAD TO WORK TODAY AND KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE PHYSICAL HARD.iF THERE IS ANY DRAW BACKS TO TRANSFORMETRICS IT'S I'M ABLE TO PUSH MY BODY TO LIMITS I'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO BEFORE.THE REASON THIS IS A DRAW BACK IS BECAUSE MY LINE OF WORK IS HARD ON THE JOINTS AND MY BODY HURTS AFTER.SO THAT BEING SAID NO AM WORKOUT.

I injuried my back on Good Friday at work lifting logs.The retarted thing I did is kept pushing myself through the rest of the day.I have been training around it but it just isn't working.I haven't worked out since 4-12.I've went through this before so I will get through it.
