For a while now, my workouts have mainly been Isometrics, Animal Flow, Cables and training the neck. With neck training, I do really only 3 big Exercises (Self Resistance Neck Exercises, Front & Back Bridges for 3 min. Each), occasionally throw in the Gymnastic Bridge to really stretch the spine.

One workout I did recently was swinging my 59 lb Sledgehammer for reps (5 L Over R and 5 R Over L) and after one set, would do an Isometric Deadlift with the belt. Repeat that for a few rounds. Killer workout doing strength and cardio at the same time. Moving a sledgehammer that heavy would get you huffing and puffing quick.

Today's workout was a combination of different methods rolled into one session....

Thought I'd get in a workout I rarely do and that's mixing many things together. Here's what went down....

Animal Flow (Warm Up)

-Superset Using 2 Magenta TNT Cables (4 Sets)

10 Curls
10 OHP's

-Superset Using Darth Vader KB (70 lbs) & Death Star Slamball (20lbs) (5 Sets)

5 Deadlifts
5 Slams

TNT Pulldowns (3 Magenta Cables)


TNT Rows (3 Magenta Cables)


-Animal Tri Set (5 Sets) (Finish)

10 Bear Crawls
10 Crab Walks
10 Chimp Walks

This was pretty damn fun to do.
