We have a guy here in Mesa AZ who owns a Crossfit Gym, A Physical Therapy Place and a Orthopedic Sugery Center. That's what you call a smart business man. Kinda sums up Crossfit.

We my team runs at 5AM due to the AZ Desert Heat, the CFers are doing their thing, nice people but most under are under 30.
I think the premise of CF is great, teamwork,, hard work, and quick workouts.
As John said its not sustainable and not many guys over 50 doing this. Know tons of people who have benn injured doing this.

Hey Upsure74,

My friend...absolutely no apologies necessary. YOU stated only the truth and I thought your post was great. What I want people to do with Living Strength is to do exactly what I have placed on it's first page of text.

Quote:
“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”

Hey John,

What did you mean when you said :
Quote:
Just pay attention and realize that I am now nearly completely out of the situation that nearly destroyed me
? I wasn't aware that something serious had happened to you.

Hello Steveo81,

There are some of us that don't wear our difficulties on our shirt sleeve. We choose to face each situation and move forward no matter what it takes. I faced it and now I am nearly past it. leave it at that.

John

I'm glad you're able to overcome your obstacles, and move on.

God bless and enjoy the holiday weekend.
