Hello My Friends,

I was recently contacted by a courageous man that I greatly respect. A man that wants to regain control over his life of which he has felt a loss of control and over which a certain feeling of malaise has set in. And I assure you he is not alone. If you are experiencing 'malaise', chances are you are feeling blue or looking green. Malaise is a slump; you're not feeling your best — either mentally or physically. The question he has and that I want to address is, "What Can I do about it?"

I know that most of you are aware that I am a Christian Minister. On Wednesday nights I minister before a men's group. Our group is growing because we address the needs of men where they really are. I have had many men tell me the very same things that this man has been courageous enough to be honest about.

So lets address it.

Due to the extraordinary and rapid changes in technology, men (and women too) feel an overwhelming sense of helplessness in the sense that they feel they have almost no control of over their lives. It's as though they are on a Rollercoaster and have no way to get off.

What I am about to say applies to everyone. Especially those that are in denial.

We are ALL so overly stimulated constantly that we get to a point that we feel 'numb' and 'Unfeeling'. As a result we start to self medicate with drugs, alcohol, and sexual promiscuity in the form of on line pornography that allows us to have a continual string of sexual escapades and fantasies temporarily fulfilled in our mind that then puts us on a quest to have new fantasies fulfilled and we feel ourselves literally losing control of our ability to control our thoughts, viewing habits, and our minds. This is something that I have been told by more than 30 different men in the last year and they feel desperate. They think they are abnormal BUT THEY ARE NOT. I am told this almost weekly by men that want help. What happens to many men is that they become double minded and sick of themselves and the loss of control over their thinking and viewing habits. As a result a certain level of self loathing begins to grip them and they want to be able to take back the control over their lives and thoughts. They are living with a sense of confusion. I tell them the truth. This is where we must turn to GOD for help. We must reconnect with The Christ Consciousness that leads us back to the Center of all life.

I am going to make suggestion to all of you that I have made to many other men and that is to go to a wonderful site called: 'Giving Voice to the Wisdom of the Ages' and start by listening to this audio book titled: "Vital Points in Demonstration: You Can Get What You Want If You Return Home"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CR8V...GqUVre&index=1

The above is a great starting point to help you reassess and take back control of your life. This brings up a point. I was asked by him about Isometric Contraction and why I have turned to it as my 'GO TO' exercise method. Isometric Contraction is a completely self regulated system of exercise. It relies only on yourself, your thoughts directed toward strength and self control and your determination to trust in yourself and as a result become totally strong and self sufficient in Body, Mind and Spirit. This I am teaching in Living Strength Ministries as I regard it as the most essential form of exercises for asserting self discipline and self control over ourselves.

I will let you know when you can begin watching us on Facebook and Youtube and hope that you will join us.

P.S. As a further proof of our society's preoccupation with online pornography and the effect it has on destroying all moral boundaries---I remind you that all you have to do is observe how many young and very attractive female teachers have been caught having illicit affairs with male students ranging in age from 14 to 17. This is a direct result of society's preoccupation with online porn. Because of its effect on their mind's these young teachers are throwing caution to the wind and destroying their futures.

Thank You kenpopaul,

The fact is that ALL of us need to be reminded from time to time that our situation is not as unique as we sometimes think. Everyone is challenged in one way or another...that is what life is...a never-ending series of tests and challenges. It's literally the polar opposite of the way we are taught in school. At school, we get the lesson first and the test after. But in life, We get the test first and the lesson after.
