Hey Bennyb
Have you ever tried the strongman stunt of pushing out your gut against the resistance of a belt/chain in an attempt to break it? In any case, stomach distensions are a topnotch way of developing pwerful breathing muscles incl abs

Benny,

Are you applying tension in both directions? It appears that the movements are not at a slow tempo with GREAT tension as John describes the movements in his book PYTP.Is it because you are just demonstrating or is this the tempo and tension that you use?

I do tension both ways but not at a slow pace and most of that is demonstrating. I usually go a tad slower then what I did in the video. I get burned out if i go too slow so I keep a good tempo and breathe deeply. I never thought of breaking stuff using my gut lol. I do need some work in that area but right I just do what I can.
