3x20 second advance tuck front lever
60 second frog stand
12x5 chi/pull ups
Forearm stand work

Sep 25
sets of military and Atlas 1 pushups during the day
2 hour surf

Sep 26
8x12 Atlas II pushups
5x20 Atlas I pushups

leaving in the morning for my 100 mile bike ride with 9000 feet of elevation gain, which will be on my 50th birthday, Sept 29. Until I return . . .

Beenfoucusnig a lot on cycling lately, I have another 100 mile ride this weekend. My daily workouts of late have been a 50/50 between 20 minutes of drop set pushups and another general workout from the Daily Fitness Solution blog. Today was called Do it all, did 5 sets of 40 sec work, 20 sec rest, 4 exercises of pull ups, sit ups, pushups, and squats. Great heart pumping workout. Pushup drop sets are a set of feet elevated, standard military, then kneeling pushups.
