Hi All:

Today I did:

50 reps done in sets of Warrior Power T's
--my feet were together and different push variations with the T's

3x8 wide-grip pull ups
1x11 2x6 close-grip chin up

1:30 minute Charles Atlas Neck Bridge

The Charles Atlas Neck Bridge felt great!!!

Hi All:

Today I did:

1.12 minute hang
Milo's --middle-- 30 second holds
iso-stick pull --middle-- 30 second hold
2 minute wall push --middle--
35 second biceps blaster
1.47 minute Charles Atlas Neck Bridge


I just couldn't stay away from these isometrics. I think I will incorporate a three day routine again. Tomorrow I will add the Trinity as the third day's routine.

Hi All:

I did nothing special today. I did though 40 reps in sets of Warrior Power T push ups. I used different hand positions for some of the sets.

But tomorrow I think I will do a Warrior Power T push up ladder. My max with the T's is 20 so I'll start my ladder tomorrow at 12 and work my way down. That should equal 78 push ups total. That will be 18 more total than I normally do. I really can't GTG nor do I think I can do a prymaid with the T's just yet so this ladder will have to do for a while.

I did my isometric routine today:

1.24 minute hang
Milo's--far--30 second holds
2 minute wall push --far--
45 second biceps baster

Hi All:

Yesterday I did:

1.20 minute hang
Milo's --near-- 30 second holds
2 minute wall push --near--
40 second L-Sit


That is all I could muster yesterday. Sorry about the late post. I'll post today's workout when or if I do it today. Busy day. So far I have just been doing Farmer Burns Stomach Flatteners thoughout the day along with side bend holds and loving those.

-- I tried to do a last set of 11 but lost confidence

1 minute hang

2 minute Charles Atlas Neck Bridge

Once again not much time today:

Today I did:

2x10 Superman wheel push ups

I was surprised how well I did those today. Perhaps a keeper for everyday? I'll see.
