480 pushups GTG style

Oct. 27th;
515 pushups
200 crunches
(will be doing chinups GTG style) 50 reps
Muay thai class tonight

Hi Joe,

My rep/set scheme from today's workout was:
regular pushups 3 x 50
close pushups 3x40
reverse grip pushups 40 40 30
atlas 2 - 3 x 25
atlas 3 - 3 x 20

Crunches were done is sets of 50 between before starting next style of pushups

Did the following in muay thai class, 150 pushups 150 bunny hops and 150 crunches

October 31:
200 pushups
200 dips
200 crunches

I can't believe how long it took me to take advantage of an amazing running trail near my house that has pull up bars, ab workout areas, etc... So my neoghbor that I train muay thai with hit the trail and what an awesome workout, we ran the trail and did body weight exercises at each station.
My numbers today were:
480 pushups
40 reps total of chin ups/body rows and curl ups
200 reps of abdominal exercise.\
The best part about todays outdoor workout is that it is the most beautiful fall day and all the leaves have changed color and this runing trail is in the middle of a small forrest so the scenery was amazing
