Thought I'd share an article for ya on a blog by Tom Furman. It's about the training style of Wild Wild West 🌟 Robert Conrad. What he did to build a strong and conditioned core, the type of martial arts he did, boxing and roadwork. Think some of you old timers might get a kick out of this.

Hello Benny,

I'd like to read the information in the link and am hoping that you can repost it so that it can be easily accessed. In its present form, I can't seem to access it. You could also state some of the essential information from the link here.

I had written a biography on Robert Conrad that appeared in 'Ultimate Push-Ups for the Awesome Physique' that came directly from a June of 1994 issue of "Masters of Kung Fu" magazine that outlined Conrad's training methods that were virtually identical to what we have presented here for the past 16 years.

Thank You Free.

The article from "Masters of Kung Fu" was quoted.

One thing that I found interesting was the fact Conrad developed his abs the same way Paul Newman said that he got his and that was by doing 200 Sit-Ups daily on an ab-board.
