25 - Calf Raises-P.C.
25 - Crunches-P.C.
15 - Squats-P.C.
40 - Stepping Outs (Total)-P.C.
25 - Bridges/Hop Lifts-P.C.
25 - Donkey Kicks-P.C.

20 - Sumo Squats
4 - Atlas I Push-Ups
20 - Stepping Outs (Total)
4 - Atlas I Push-Ups
25 - Bridges/Hip Lifts

50 - Fire Hydrants (Total)

No workout today.

I feel like I'm trying to come down with something.

I wasn't feeling the best Friday. Then, I had a looong day on Saturday attending an "Educational Retreat" Saturday, which ended up being 7:30am to 9pm. This led to my waking up with a raw sore throat yesterday that progressed into a loss of voice. Today I woke up again with a sore throat.

Soooo, I cut my routine down to just the meditation this morning, and how to get to bed extra early tonight.
