hey i do pullups dips and pushups daily, i'd lyke to know how to tweak the definition of my bi's nd tri's

The best single foundational routine for shedding body fat, building strength/endurance and muscle mass, enhancing muscle shape and maximizing muscular definition is G.U.T.S. All I ask is that you commit yourself to 30 days at the elite level and take a picture of yourself on day one and then on day 30. Your definition in your bi's, tri's and entire body will be dramatically improved.
