I haven't been posting every work. Anyhow, my right knee while running was acting up a little. It felt good after about 14 minutes into it. I guess this is all a part of getting use to running.Running is like squating were in your legs have to get use to it.Overall I feel pretty good.These workouts are differant for me.

Yesterday I did my running workout.When I woke up I was so sore from working like a dog on Saturday I was debating on skipping my run. But after I did joint mobility and the FMT warmup I decided to run. It was hard at first but I'm glad I did it.

Today I started something I have not done in a good 5 years. That's superset pushups with pullups.Thte numbers were terrible but I did this: 5 sets of military supersetted with 5 sets of pullups, then 5 sets of military supersetted with 5 sets of horizontal rows on the rings. I also did some FMT's for about 15 minutes. My mind was wondering on the FMT's.This has not happened in a long time. I think it had to do with no plan with the FMTs.So tonight I'll make a plan. I also started the UACR.

This is what I did today.A little differant because I'm going to use the Power Pushup 2 so less pushups.
