Hello Everyone,

I received an e-mail asking me if I modeled my PYTP course after animal movements and the answer is no. I originally learned ALL of Charles Atlas's exercises from my grandfather and uncles and it was the Atlas system that became the basis for PYTP.

As far as those today who claim that their systems are based on animal movements---sometimes there is truth to what is stated. For example what we call the Tiger Stretch (Hindu) Push-Up is very obviously based on the stretch movement that is instinctive to both canines and felines. However if someone tries to tell you that there method is based on animal movements and yet is missing this most obvious of animal movements then you know they are being disingenuous,

Bottomline: The single most obvious exercise based in 'animal' movement is the Hindu Tiger Stretch Push-Up.
