Been having an urge to do circuit training when my energy and mind are in the right place and have the fire to keep it up.

These circuits were done with little to no rest.....

July 24th, 2019

20 Hindu Squats

20 Calf Raises

20 Side Leg Raises

10 Push-ups

10 Sit Up Punches

10 Hip Bridges

10 Rounds In 26 min.

20 Punches

20 Side Kicks

10 Mountain Climbers

20 Punches

20 Front Kicks

10 Hindu Jumpers

7 Rounds In 22:12


July 28th, 2019

35th Birthday Workout

20 Mountain Climbers

10 Push-ups

20 Punches

20 Hindu Squats

10 Shoulder Taps

20 Punches

20 Side Kicks

10 Wide Grip Push-ups

I love the conditioning aspects of Circuit Training. Quick workouts that are straight to the point and developing great cardio, muscular endurance, strength endurance and more. Don't know when I'll be doing this type of training but when my mind is there, my goal is do a specific amount of rounds without stopping.
