Today was a VERY abbreviated workout. It was my first night on a C-PAP, and I'm dealing with some nasal and sinus congestion. So, I didn't feel I was at my best.

No workout today. I canít breathe, or sleep, well due to a cold. Thatís with or without the C-PAP. Also, I did something to my back. Iím hoping I can get into the chiropractor for an adjustment before work today.

No workout today.

My back is a real mess. I'm told the stress of some happenings at work (a major system went down) went right to my back.

Breathing was better with the C-PAP, and didn't require "sprays", just euclalyptus and the like.

My back might be slightly better, but still a ways to go.

Another no "spray" night with the C-PAP. So, that's getting better.

My back isn't quite where it should be. But, thanks to my wife's "heat pack" it's finally getting there. Hitting it again tonight MIGHT just do the trick.
