No Probs, give tension both ways and you will feel it in your rear delts and upper back/traps.

Hey Guys

Arms today, still aching little bit from the last workout but must keep going.

TRICE PUSHUPS: 200REPS.
TIGER BENDS: 100 REPS.
BENCH DIPS: 2 SETS OF 100 REPS.
CLOSE GRIP CHINUPS: 50 REPS.

Hey Guys

Right settled into my training now, which is good, no more missing days when i do not have to, so for the next few weeks i am going to hit my whole body every workout. I will be doing something like Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

The days may not be exactly like that but something similar.

Okay today i did the following workout:

MILITARY PUSHUPS/WITH PUSHUP STANDS: 25, 33, 35, 40, 40 REPS.
WIDE GRIP PULLUPS: 15, 10, 8, 8, 10 REPS.
CLOSE GRIP PULLUPS: 8, 8, 8, 6, 7, REPS.
HINDU SQUATS: 80, 50, 50, 30, 45 REPS.
CLOSE GRIP CHINUPS: 8, 8, 8, 7, 7 REPS.
HANDSTAND PUSHUPS: 8, 8, 6, 5, 5 REPS.
DIPS: 22, 20, 25, 25, 28 REPS.
CRUNCHES 20, 20, 20 REPS.

Okay that was my workout, see you all on Wednesday.

MILITARY PUSHUPS/WITH PUSHUP STANDS: 22, 38, 35, 44, 42 REPS.
WIDE GRIP PULLUPS: 12, 10, 9, 8, 10 REPS.
CLOSE GRIP PULLUPS: 8, 8, 8, 6, 6, REPS.
HINDU SQUATS: 80, 65, 52, 30, 44 REPS.
CLOSE GRIP CHINUPS: 8, 10, 8, 7, 9 REPS.
HANDSTAND PUSHUPS: 10, 8, 5, 5, 5 REPS.
DIPS: 22, 22, 25, 25, 26 REPS.
CRUNCHES 20, 20, 20 REPS.

All done.

Hi Everyone

Well i have been wanting one of these for a long time and now it is happening. I have been invited to my first school reunion, and yes i want to look my best. So i have put on my thinking cap and decided to try to get in a good shape if not an excellent shape for it. The reunion is on January 31st 2015. So i have a nice bit of time for training.

So today's workout had a different feel t it but it was still a good workout.

THE KARL GOTCH BIBLE (well sort of).

ELBOWS IN/CLOSE PUSHUPS: 288 REPS.
HINDU SQUATS: 338 REPS.

It totally wiped me out but in a good way.

Hey

Not written for a few weeks, i will not be putting up my past workouts as this will take to long but i am now doing a three week blast, i started today and this is how my workout went:

MILITARY PUSHUPS: 5 SETS OF 50 REPS, REST 5 MINUTES, THEN = 10 SETS OF 35 REPS + 3 SETS OF 25 REPS.

DEEP KNEE BENDS: 4 SETS OF 30 REPS, REST 5 MINUTES, THEN = 10 SETS OF 30 REPS + 2 SETS OF 35 REPS.

WIDE GRIP PULLUPS: 3 SETS OF MAX REPS.

CLOSE PULLUPS: 6 SETS OF MAX REPS.

CHINUPS: 6 SETS OF MAX REPS.

PARALLEL PULLUPS: 1 SET OF MAX REPS.

I know it is a high volume workout but that is why i am only doing it for three weeks as not to overtrain.
