I watched the video with Grandmaster Jhoon Rhee doing 100 push-ups in a row again.

Even his style is partial / a short range of motion ->
I tested myself doing my reps similar to his -> it will demands a great deal
of will and tenacity to achieve the 100.

You learn the hard way that you can achieve it with your mind!
You will gasp for breath and feel your body due to the life power flowing to you.

I like partials or sprint pushups of the Jhoon Rhee type. Charles Bronson uses the same technique. The most effective part of any type of isotonic exercise is in the center; not at the beginning or lockout. They not only build the physical abilities of speed and endurance, but they also develop the psychological qualities of mental toughness and tenacity. I also like the rhythm that you are able to develop at that pace as it is invigorating.

Hello

I read an artical hrere about Jack King style push-ups.
Now, I ask myself if only the feet-elevated-push-ups and the ATLAS III
with increased blood-flow due to higher feet and gravity stimulating the
HGH and Testosterone and muscle grow so well OR -

can the standard push-up in sprinting style (p.e. you haven't the room to elevat your feet)
give you enough to reach very good results? To name it - ATLAS III's little brother.

Completly clear -> ATLAS III and Jack King's style is the top!

Best regards!
