Monday's numbers.

20 hanging leg raises
45 push-ups 16"
100 squats
20 pull-ups
10 hanging leg raises
45 push-ups 16"
100 squats
20 chins
10 hanging leg raises
45 push-ups 16"
100 squats
10 hanging leg raises

Added 5 reps to push-ups 16''; backed off to 20 rep/sets on pull-ups and chins to ensure form; added 3 sets of 10 reps to hanging leg raises; maintaining 3 sets of 100 reps on squats.

A super-pump full-body workout!

Perhaps, I should retitle this thread My Living Strength Power Workout Log. The squats and push-ups are remnants of G.U.T.S., however, I am performing Hanging leg raises instead of sit-ups, and I have added pull-ups and chins.

Tim, your doing an awesome job with your workouts! So glad that your back on track and your workouts are doing great for you, do you your workouts 7 days a week? And also the yoga blocks are terrific for push ups, no pressure on my wrists, thanks again for the suggestion,take care.

I workout 6 days a week, I usually take Sunday off. If I miss a day, I don't sweat it. I log it, however.
(Like today, we had company at our house, so I didn't workout this morning. I plan to workout tonight, but, if I don't, I'll hit it hard tomorrow morning.)
Glad your enjoying the blocks.
They are also great for isometric chest presses. They provide three different thicknesses to press between your hands.

Press on, my friend!

Update: Did complete the following workout Tuesday night

25 pull-ups
50 push-ups 16"
125 squats
20 hanging leg raises

Isometric power unit + Base.
30+ High Tension contractions.

I am devoting this week to isometrics using the Isometric Power Unit + Base.

I love the ability to experience an intense total body workout in 15 minutes. I exert every ounce of strength without the danger of handling heavy weights. Also, I am not in danger of compromising my joints or tendons.

I highly recommend the Isometric Power Unit!
Do not discount its simplicity. This is a great tool that will assist you in fulfilling the goals of the isometric modality of Living Strength Training System.

Back to power calisthenics this week. I hope to rotate through the three modalities of Living Strength every three weeks. I am experimenting to discover how each modality contributes to the other two.
