Hey Tim How are You? I was wondering how this experiment was working for you? Do you personally feel better on one part of The Living Strength System? Just curious,I prefer pushups and FMT's.

Michael,
I am at the least at 100% if not better than where I was before the stroke. Nov. 28-Dec 2nd was the anniversary of that trial.
I really enjoy every aspect of Living Strength Training System.
I am very excited about the Isometric Power Unit!
With this unit, I can intensely work almost every muscle in my body in around 15 minutes.

Today, I tried a variation. While in full contraction with the unit, I moved my limbs through their range of motion (e.g. on the arm curl: while in full contraction, I extended my arms away from the body and then curled them in). The beauty of this is that the muscles are worked at a constant tension through a range of motion.

This can also be experienced with the Isometric Power Belt. Try it with a curl and row, and let me know what you think.

Tim, I read that you supplement your diet with Tribulus Terristis, I have have read some good things about it, how much do you take a day, and how is it working for you, I'm thinking of taking some myself. Thanks for any information, and the yoga blocks are really terrific for push ups.
