No workout today.

I was up later, finishing up my mother's taxes, then didn't sleep the best.

I'm hoping to do SOMETHING tomorrow.

I didn't sleep the best, and actually dozed off in my wife's chair this morning.

3 Strength Bounce-PC

5 @ 5 Ct - Standing hamstring stretch with legs spread
5 @ 5 Ct - Hurdlers stretch
5 @ 5 Ct - Butterfly/groin stretch
5 @ 5 Ct - Knees to chest/lower back stretch

Something "popped" late yesterday, releasing almost the last of the tension in my back.

My back is definitely better, but not quite where it should be yet. I'll just keep plugging along until I get it there.

My back is noticably tighter this morning. I'll have to make an extra effort to stretch it today.
