Upright Row

20 - Atlas I Push-Ups-PC

20 - Tiger Bend Squats-PC

24 - Side Stretch Kicks (most of these are broken up between ISO's)-HKD

Tiger Moves (done between ISO’s):
5 - Full Range Pectoral Contraction-FMT
5 - Shoulder Roll-FMT
5 - Wrist Twist-FMT
5 - High Reach-FMT
5 - One Arm Chin-FMT
Train a little, or train a lot, but TRAIN.
