I placed my order. From some of the limited pre-publication sections that I have seen in advance this book will set a new standard of production quality and information for the industry. I am lookiing forward to receiving the final product. It will definitely have been worth the wait.

It's finally here!! For some of us who have waited and seen the evolution of this book into the series it has become, it was well worth the wait! I just put in my order.
John,
I hope you printed enough order forms for Karen, because this will be a runaway best seller, I'm sure.

Put my order in this morning!

Have one question, John. As you reach the end of your set, should you or should you not pause for a few seconds in the top position to rest, then knock off a couple more reps; pause again, knock off more reps, etc.? Or is that getting too close to overtraining?

I'm not John. And, someone please correct me if I’m wrong on this. But, based on everything I've learned here on the forum, I would definitely say that would be too close to overtraining. You would be MUCH better off, resting long enough to allow your energy to return and perform another set, even if it’s a smaller one.
