No workout today.

I think our screwy back and forth weather is wreaking havoc with my sinuses again, causing a sore throat from drainage. I'm hoping the extra rest helps to knock it out.

Tiger Moves - (Moderate tension, with no holds/flexes)

10 - Full Range Pectoral Contraction (each direction)-FMT
10 - Shoulder Roll (each direction)-FMT
10 - Wrist Twist (each direction)-FMT
10 - High Reach-FMT
10 - One Arm Chin-FMT

20 - Tiger Bend Squats-P.C.
40 - Side Stretch Kicks-HKD

Tiger Moves - (all done fast with tension in one direction, inhaling for two reps, exhaling for two. First I did one direction, then the other)

10 - Full Range Pectoral Contraction (each direction)-FMT
10 - Shoulder Roll (each direction)-FMT
10 - Wrist Twist (each direction)-FMT
10 - High Reach-FMT
10 - One Arm Chin-FMT

20 - Tiger Bend Squats-P.C.
40 - Side Stretch Kicks-HKD
