Practicing a lot of Isometrics lately to get a little leaner and denser while maintaining weight. Doing my best version of the Samson Pull lol. Thought I'd share a little bit of my progress.

Hey Benny,

YOU look like Samson.

And if your goal is to get leaner and denser it appears as those your mission has been accomplished. In that shot, you look like what Uncle Wally used to refer to as "Hard as Nails. Are you still at about 255? You look hard, my friend.

As I read what you wrote I thought back to Steve Justa and what he wrote in 'Rock, Iron, Steel'.

He stated that Isometrics will simultaneously make you leaner and denser. And I know from experience that his advice is 100% spot on. A friend told me that he had read that at one point Steve Justa had bulked up to more than 400 pounds and had some serious health consequences as a result. He then went to the other extreme and lost a great deal of that weight and got himself ripped almost exclusively with Isometrics.

That's awesome of you to say John but I'm nowhere near Samson. I am getting leaner little by little but a long way away from completed lol.
