Today I did a short but intense Sandbell Workout that consisted of the following....

10 Slams

20 Overhead Presses (10 per arm)

AMRAP in 10 Min. with little to no rest.

Sandbell weighs 20 lbs.

Awesome workout for those short on time. A lot of fun.
