Intensity is what life is all about. If you read the biographies of the people who are remembered in history, whether you agree with them or not, you will find out that they were all about intensity.

There is no better way to develop intensity than FMT and as you develop it you will find that ability starting to influence and enhance every aspect of you life.

Swoboda was right; whether physical, emotional,or mental, our bodies only give up their greatest secrets of creating strength under stress:

Someone who is shocked [electrocuted] can be thrown a notable distance from where the shock took place. But this is not due to the electric shock. Instead, it's a sudden and violent contraction of the person's muscles as a result of the electrical charge flowing through the body. This demonstrates a potential for muscle contraction that isn't utilized under normal circumstances. In much the same way that people can't throw themselves across the room, they also can't normally lift a car -- the resources aren't available without the threat.

That is a very interesting point Gordon. I've never thought about the electrocution analogy in that context.

I would posit the idea that the intensity/stress/threat are indeed necessary to develop the ability to contract the muscles in that way and tap into that energetic power but that, if/when properly developed, that same power can be accessed without the threat. Of course, I would think that very few people ever reach that level. Maybe yogi masters or energy healers?

Hey Gordon,

Great post. In Robert Becker's book "The Body Electric" he makes the point that our "thought "is transferred to our muscles as an electrical current via the NERVOUS SYSTEM. In states of hyper arousal such as extreme "Love" people have been known to do the impossible by exhibiting super human strength. This is the direct result of NERVE FORCE.

“Will power is the invisible switch of consciousness that sends energy to any body part and produces tension in that part. It is a physiological fact that the more we apply will to a particular spot of the body, the greater is the flow of electric nerve current to that spot, and the stronger is the muscular movement caused thereby.”.............

Ordinarily we have no direct control over circulation, digestion, and other involuntary processes of the body. But we can influence them by the exercise of voluntary muscles over which we do have control.............

You can feel the actual current of energy being switched on in your body, wherever you want it. The vibration that you feel in the muscle is not voluntary movement; it is caused by the charge of energy into the body."

John thank you for sharing that information and the name of that book. Are there any other books or resources on the subject or anything just in general that you could recommend as well? Thanks and have a great day
