Hello everyone,

I have a question about the contraction of the muscles. When doin the muscle
contraction , should i think that the contraction of the muscles is from the inside out or from the outside in?

Try different things and see what works for you. The Mighty Atom used to visualize a stream of light, representing pure universal energy, flowing into his muscles or think of his muscles as a fire hose with water being pumped into them. With VRT you are visualizing pushing or pulling against some external resistance force such as a weight or a rope. As you experiment and find what works for you it will become fun, a very creative process, and an adventure in self discovery.
