Hey Friends,

A week ago on 10/25 I celebrated completing 67 years on my birthday. Today, I wanted to see how many reps I could do of the Atlas Push-Up while using my 77.7-pound weight vest. I managed 12 consecutive reps going all the way down as far as possible and all the way back up to full extension and elbows locked. The reps were slow and to make a point I'm going to do it once more for an exercise clip. I personally cannot remember ever doing anything harder than that last repetition. This to me is solid proof of the strength increases I have experienced from Isometrics.

I realize that 77.7 pounds does not sound like much weight BUT when you are wearing it over your chest, back and shoulders and maintaining strict form YOU'D all be amazed at how tough it really is.

Hi John

Sounds amazing! I'm just in the process of buying a weight vest - which make/brand do you use?
