There's an e-book version? Can I just get that instead? What would the cost be?
Hey Artie,

I thought you pre-ordered the book? If you did, you'll get the e-book version as well.

I received mine last night. Now I just need to get to an actual computer to look at and/or print it.

Thanks John

I was waiting until the book was actually ready to ship. I tend not to purchase items that aren't yet available. But if the e-book exists, I'd just a soon get that. I don't need both an e-book and a hard book.

Hey Artie,

The e-book separately is the same price as the printed version without shipping.

It is a bit premature for me to review the e-book as I am not yet finished. But, how is this for an early recommendation: I just ordered a second copy to be delivered to a friend of mine. Folks, it didn't take venturing far into this book to realize that this is different. I have a good friend that organized a push-up contest for charity last year. Some of you may remember me discussing this a while back. This friend is a gym rat, but did not beat me in that contest though he isn't yet even half my age. This book will be a fabulous introduction to a different way to achieve his goals. I hope he enjoys it. I sure am!

I received it via email but it was taking a really long time to download. It did not finish, I had to stop it, maybe I'll try later. I say "a really long time"; I stopped it after five minutes, it was only halfway there. Five minutes is far longer than anything else I've ever had to download. Normallly .pdf files, even long ones, download much more quickly. So I'm wondering if there could be a technical "glitch" of some kind.

Anyone with more technical expertise than I have is welcome to comment.

Late Bloomer:

The download was extremely slow for me as well, but it finished successfully. Just get it started and come back in a half an hour and check on it.

Michael, you might want to give it another shot! It is a large (75 MG) file. It took a long time on my broadband connection, too. I am going to guess at least 30 minutes. I used my desktop computer for the download. Tying up my iPhone or iPad for that big of a download wasn't something I wanted to do.
