Hey All,

Now that this title has got your attention. I question the validity of this.
Now they are bassically saying if you run 20/25 miles a week, weight loss will happen and you will continue to burn calories after your run. I agree with that. The problem with the article is they have no references as to the studies done that proves this and that you can continue to burn calories afterwards.

Now I run 20 to 25 miles a week and when I was not running I weighed 165 now about 158/160.

So yes running burns calories but so does body weight training,FMT, ISOs, GUTS, etc.

The problem with this article is they are promoting running which is fine but they make it like it is the be all end all for exercise.

Now to make this work for us you could run half the miles and knock out some push ups, sit ups and squats and have a well rounded work out in less than 45 minutes.

Good article and i do like running like half hour but sometimes it feels like my knee hurts so doctor tell me it's cause of weight i'm carrying that's why i started bicyle
